We deal exclusively with independent, Ontario craft breweries. We believe in supporting the little guy and that beer brewed nearby is always the best. No matter your taste, our Prud'homme Beer Sommelier will help you find the perfect pint.
We believe the days of set tap lineups are over. That's why we have two dozen taps of always rotating craft beer. Lagers, sours, stouts, IPAs and everything in between and beyond will be a part of our offerings. We offer preset flights carefully curated to satisfy everyone from the newly initiated to the seasoned aficionado.
Every Thursday we'll be tapping a cask of Ontario craft. From dry-hopped favourites to off the wall brews straight from a pilot system, these beers won't last long. Casks are tapped at 6pm so be sure to get a pint while you can.
Dubbed The GIN MILL X Program, we'll soon be brewing beers with some of our absolute favourite Brewmasters from across the province. Expect some very out of the ordinary ales available in the weeks to come. We'll only be brewing fifty litres at a time so be sure to check our social to see when we'll be tapping a new keg!
Once we're up and running we'll be offering interested guests the opportunity to join us for our brew days. Space will be extremely limited and details will be available soon.

Four course beer paired dinners meticulously crafted by our Beer Sommelier and Chef to highlight the versatility and depth of flavour in beer. Limited seating is available.
